HP Color LaserJet – only prints one copy

I have a HP Color LaserJet 4650dn that will only print one copy of a document. Whenever I try to print multiple copies, it only prints one; it doesn’t matter what type of document I try to print. I’ve tried using the automatic paper selection and I’ve tried specifying the paper type and the paper tray to use. This printer is setup exacly like another one that we have, but the other one allows me to print more than one copy.
