I have a HP Deskjet 690C colour printer that, regardless of the settings I use, will only print very, very poor quality. I have had it cleaned and have replaced the ink cartridges, and still it wont print at the proper quality. The images (especially photo-type pictures) come out streaked and blurred to the point where you can hardly recognise the picture. My best guess is that there is something wrong with the colour-matching settings, but i have tried practically every combination of settings and none of them change the quality at all.
I am now at a loss as to what to do to fix this extremely anoying problem. Can anyone help?
Thanks,
