HP issues

We are having issues with trying to add HP LaserJets to our server and/or Win 2K PC’s. They are currently on an older NT 4 server and we want to move them off. The HP 4100’s add fine (using the HP Network Port) and print with no issues. The HP 4000’s & 5SI’s add fine but we can’t print to them. Theay get a “status not available” message on any documents that are printed to them. This is happening on our Win 2K server, Win 2K PC’s and also on a newer NT 4 server. We have just the tcp/ip and dlc protocols loaded on the computers.

Any thoughts?
