HP laserjet 1020 print Problem

i have a windows domain network of 90 + computers Using Windows server 2003 on server and win XP SP3 as client OS. i have 1 network printer and 5 HP Laser jet 1020 (USB) Printer and 5 HP Laser jet 1022 (USB)

My problem is through HP 1020 no one is able to print after 5-10 mins of system boot. all prints struck in print spooler. And system is also not accessible through network.

Tried every possible things like virus check, windows update, driver update, patches, re-installation of OS.
