Hp Laserjet 4200

We have a LaserJet 4200 that has printed 930202 pages. 58627 since last manintenance kit. We have noticed that the printer is printing very slowly. When i print the configuration page the paper comes out of the the top half way, goes back, back out, back in again and finally back out. The page isn’t duplex. I believe that this is the biggest problem with the printer taking so long to print one page. Any ideas on how i can fix this issue? or is the printer taking its last few breaths?

P.S. the department prints 800 pages a day a few pages at a time.
