HP ML310 G4 – Server Installation

Needing a little help here. I am normally a workstation support person but have been recruited to install the software for a new server our company purchased. It came preinstalled with SBS 2003 R2…I want reinstall this so we are familiar with how it works in case something happens. I am not familiar with HP products so I am not sure where to start. I have the smartstart CD but once I boot from that I don’t know what steps to take next. Anyone familiar with how the smartstart works? The server will be running Raid 5 so I need to know how to set that array.
