HP Photosmart C6380 Ink levels incorrect

I was wondering if there was a way to disable the ” Ink Level Guage Settings”.
My printer keeps telling me to replace the ink cartridges because they are empty, so I replaced them with new ones and I still get the same reading “Low”.
And the black ink does not show at all, and the magenta does not show up in printing. The yellow and cyan show a little, but very light. Please help…
