HP Printer not recognizing paper in paper tray

Hi
I tried to do a printing job. In the print que window, in the Status spot, it said Letter paper not in tray. Well, there was paper in the damed tray, but I cant figure out how to get the printer to recognize it.

Anything I can do about this?
