HP Printer-Scanner-Copier

I’ve got a new HP 3310 Printer-Scanner-Copier that randomly give a error. On the panel it says “MISPICK”.. Ive looked for HP support documentation and searched for support but nothing. Can anyone help to explain what the error is and how I can prevent it from gappening.
