HP Proliant ML150G3 Server

I just purchased the subject server,which comes without a floppy controller.I installed 2 SATA drives and like to configure it for SATA-RAID 1. Without a floppy, I cannot proceed with the installation of the drivers due to the fact that the win2003 cannot see the SATA drives.Pressing F6 at the start of win installation seaks for a floppy.
Any help?? Urgent…
