HP – Quality Center 9.2 Dashboard

Looking for comments on anyone’s experience with loading and using Hewlett-Packard’s Quality Center 9.2 Dashboard.
Installation experience; overall performance;expectations; returns; and, any other experiences. In your opinion, is the installation of Dashboard worth the effort?
