HP server slowdown problem

HI everyone
i m old but still new to this form
guys i have a problem
we have HP Proliant ML370 G5 server, i have installed windows 2003 server enterprise edition on it. now the server get hanged and slowdown too much, we have also installed Active Directory on it. kindly if someone have the solution i will welcome that thanks
