HP315 digital camera ERR 213

I’m looking for a solution for my HP 315 camera error code: ERR 213 – blinking on the LCD status. I consulted the HP tech support but doesn’t know what ERR 213 code is. Any idea on how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
