HPML370 BLUE SCREEN ON RESTART

when restarting or shutting down two of my HP ML370 G4 servers, they come up with a blue screen reading STOP: 0x0000009F (0x000000100, 0x85BAD3D0, 0x85BAD3D0, 0x85BE30BO) DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE
BOTH SERVERS ARE RUNNING ON WINDOWS 2000 ADVANCED SERVER, THESE ARE TWO OF 5 SERVERS, OTHER THREE ARE OK
