When installing a LexMark printer on our PDCK, the spooler and RPC services died. We have rebooted but no cigar. A Dr. Watson is generated when trying to restart the spooler service and RPC generates a “unavailable” error.
HELP!!! We are on the verge of calling MS Tech Support on this one. As you can see by the points assigned, this is a BIG one.
