HV Frequency Over Range

i’m using Intel p4 3.8pros 256mb nvidia gforce 7300le VGA 1GB ram. i can’t play age of empire 3 on my PC when i try to ran the game my monitor go black and a HV Frequency Over Range massage appears how can i fix this. please help me. thanks
