HV frequency over range……..dont understand

my com.
intell pentium 4
ram 512MB
2.8GH
64RAM G-force MX
after i install new game and open to play….it change monitor in black and have blue bar with word ” HV frequency over range “(it happen only when i open this game ). I come here and search for this but i dont understand much. what happen and how i reslove this plomblem. is it can fixed by adjust display properties ? and H snd V range is same as H and V size?
