I am build a web 2.0 application

using PhPmotion. problem is storage.
I need all of the below
MySQL
PHP 5
Ffmpeg
FFmpeg-PHP
Mplayer + Mencoder
flvtool2
Libogg + Libvorbis
LAME MP3 Encoder

But to get this – they offer 30 gigs storage – I am doing a video host – I need 300 gigs.

Is it possible to host the upload of the Mpeg – wmv, ect on a seperate server and convert to FLV on the fly??

Storage – think about it, you up load a You Tube at 30 megs, it does not take long – you will max at 100 videos.

XML stream?????????????
