I am cheap and this is what I am trying to do (Printer problem)

I have a printer that I can only connect through an ethernet cable/port. I have a wireless internet/network setup in my home.

I want to connect the printer to my computer through the empty ethernet port. I do not want to buy a ethernet switch.

Can some one help me?
