I am getting a BSOD during Windows Server 2003 Installation on an HP DL320.

I have a new HP DL320 G6 that I am trying to install Windows Server 2003 on. I have tried installing it using the smartstart CD as well as without the smartstart CD. I get a blue screen of death before the installation finishes both ways. I have upgraded the system BIOS to the newest version with no luck. Has anyone else seen this problem and have some suggestions?
