I am having problem with new IOS update 16.2

I am having a problem with the new iOS update 16.2. Has anyone else experienced issues with this update, and if so, what specific problems have you encountered? Have you found any solutions or workarounds? Additionally, do you think Apple should improve its update process to minimize these kinds of issues in the future?
