I am strggling with my mouse and keyboard

I am strggling with my mouse and keyboard…the problem is sometime when i am on the pc my mouse or keyboard not detecting,sometime mouse not detecting sometime keyboard.but it’s happaning only sometime…then i want to restart my pc after it will be ok,im using USB port optical mouse and PS2/keyboard
