I can not connect to the internet even if i’m already connected to wifi

I can not connect to the internet even if i’m already connected to wifi..

it all started when we reformat our laptop few months ago… since then i was not able to open any internet browser.. i’ve checked all the required setting and i guessed there’s nothing wrong with any of it.. but how come i wasn’t able to connect… please help me..
