I can not install a new avg anitvirus

I have a problem with svchost.exe and old kasparsky antivirus got blacklist license key. so I try to install a avg free anitivirus 8. After complete installation, I restart my computer and reboot. Strangely, Where is my avg antivirus? It shows nothing of new antivirus. But I run ccleaner, it show :

” ActiveX/COM Issue InProServer32\C:\PROGRA~1\AVG\AVG8\AVGTOO~1.DLL ”

What will be the problem?
