I can ping Intranet Site but cannot Brose it.

Hi guys

i have two domains ausdom and nzdom and two separate forest forest as well.

now both domain can validate each other’s user logon but DNS is not working. so what i have done is changed host files of nzdom’s users and added direct path for server running intranet site.
i have added
192.168.2.240 Http://ausweb

now i have tried in different way but i cannot browse to this intranet site from any of the nzdom computers..

any help would be appreciated.
