I cant connect my laptop at home with my personal computer.

I was having no trouble connecting my laptop with my personal computer at home by way of bluetooth. I set up a Personal Area Network. I recently returned from a trip and thats when the trouble started. I was using my laptop on the trip to connect with the internet a various hotels. What do I need to do to re-establish my bluetooth connection at home. We have another computer in the basement that connects via bluetooth with the personal computer upstairs. No trouble there.
