I can’t join my clients to the domain.

I have 10 clients and 1 PDC.I had a little problem with my server and i formatted it.i reinstalled the operating system and used the same dns name in promoting it.Some of the machines were working perfectly well till i worked on one of the clients pc.if i try to join it to the domain it gives me am error message domain controller unavailable.
