I Can’t Ping to 192.168.x.x – My Router’s Default IP Addresses

The router is Vodafone Zuhause Talk & Web.

LAN is fine, but the respective LED for Data Signal Strength and Data Active refuse to light. If it’s only the Data Signal Strength, perhaps I can say it’s normal. But now the Data Active is also not lighting, which should mean no connection to my PC.

Is this a sign of a fried router? How can I be sure? And how can I repair it?
