I can’t see a printer on a workgroup

Hi
I have a workgroup network of 8 Microsoft XP computers. most of the employees are member of Users group. I loged to the computer which is connected to the printer as an administrator and shared the printer and loged off. from other computers, I can’t see the printer in My Network Places. what can be the problem?
