I have a Question about ‘Moblie DATA’

So i have a prepaid sim which i buy a plan that includes 1 month of unlimite voice calls and sms, 12 GB any use data, 7 apps they recommend each gets 30gb and a messaging app gets unlimited, and i was wondering if i could change those 30 gb’s or the unlimited to any use?
Hope someone understand what im trying to say 😀
