I have collisions and Dropped Packets in My Network

I have 4 PLANET Managed Switches, each one had an IP Address to be managed, i monitored the switches and Port Counters, i found something wrong…there is collisions and dropped packets in some ports (not all).

so could you help me in this problem, i need to solve those problems please … 🙂
