I have Outlook 2003 on XP Pro

It freezes and I have to reboot at this point I am going to just remove it and reinstall it. I’m not sure what files names are to save for Contacts and Emails. I just want to make sure I dont lose any of there information and I am not firmilar with Microsoft Outlook 2003. Any help would be appreciated.
