I have to perform a demarc extension, what the procedure

I would need to run Cat5, punch it down to a 66 or 110 block,tone out pair, perform demark extensions, etc. Please explain in detail everything that would go into this process this is my first job and I want to do it right. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. 1st Timer
