I need a file/directory security permiss

Let me clarify the title…I am looking for a program that will scan a NTFS drive on a Windows NT server and tell me what permissions each user/group has on each file/folder. Is there something on the resource kit? I have the Win2k resource kit butnot the NT4 resource kit. I will also buy 3rd party with a good referral. Any help is appreciated!
