I need help

Ok! well here it goes . I need to get back on the internet I had clearwire as my wireless network but that got turn off . So my question is can I still connect some how like some can do on a laptop? PLEASE ! And if you would can you please go step by step. If I cant pay my internet bill now, well let say life is getting bad
