I need help finding a driver.

I am looking for a giga nic driver for nt4. The card was originally bought through Asante called G-Nic II. In trying to find the driver I discovered the card was originally made by Packet Engines wich was bought out by Alcatec. I want to reformat and reinstall the server, but need the driver for the card first. Unless there is a way that I can make a driver floppy from the existion OS files.
