Hi all. I won’t explain what my company does as it would take more than the space provided. However, we deal with national retail chains. Our latest project offering to several hundred stores is managing the installation of network cabling (most notably CAT 5). I’m to brief our sales force, corporate account managers and the like on network cabling to give them a more complete and technical understanding of it all.
I have already begun writing a paper from my knowledge and experience, however I want it to be comprehensive.
Are there any good sites that explain general networking technology/cabling – particularly Cat 3, Cat 4, Cat 5 and Cat 5e. The site must be factual – a site written in a form of opinion has no value to me.
Themore concise, complete and technical – the better!
