I/O errors ???

“An I/o error occured while trying to install a file.”

I have been getting this a similiar errors on one of my machines at work. the system was just recently reformated and loaded with Win98. I can find nothing wrong with the system itself, and everything else seems to be stable and working.. any thoughts??
