IBM 3916 and Netware printing

I have a Novell 4.11 network. A jetdirect card configured and an IBM 3916 laser printer connected. I can’t get any real print from this printer. IBM says to use a LJ4 print driver from Windows. But it still wont print all the time.

I’ve switched printers so I know the network and Jetdirect are config properly.

I beleive it must be a config on the printer end. I’ve tried so many, but can’t get it to go. If you have this setup and can send me the config from your printer I would appreciate it.
