IBM Blade Centre Management Module

i have a problem with an IBM blade Chassis. It is configured and on the network but when you power up a blade you get the error
i9990306 timed out waiting on MM:system halted in post
Has anyone seen this before. I cann’t find the code on IBM’s site and wondered what it meant/what the solution might be.
