IBM boot

i have a ibm Pc i have problem whith this
i formating my ibm HDD to another Pc why to my ibm dont boot and i install windows xp e she work very well but to my ibm Pc a heve a problem the windows dont start and she gibe too me this mesage

safe mode whith comand prompt

last no know god configuration

star windows normally

i click all of them and she give to me this mesage again
