IBM cuts salaries 15% after being sued for not paying overtime.

This sounds totally scummy. It may be legal but definitely not right. They are cutting salaries 15% for everyone who is eligible for OT pay so they will still be ‘paid the same’ after they start getting OT pay.

Problem is they are cutting pay for people who are eligible but DON’T get any OT hours also.

Scary, my brother works for IBM. He’s near retirementy now tho, and don’t think he works any OT.
