IBM E SERVER X 235 SERIES SERVER RESTARTING

Hi my organisation has a ibm E SERVER X235 series it initially had 4 scsi disks of 18 gb, not on raid. Two disks of 73.4 were added to make the disks 6 now the server is restarting when loading windows. what could be the problem, how can this be solved. help
