IBM Infoprint 6500

We have an IBM Infoprint 6500 printer.

The status panel on the front of the printer displays E-Net/ASC 29%.

This seems to be providing some type of ethernet status but what exactly is it telling me?

The issue is that when the percentage as shown above drops below 44%, the printer begins to experince problems where at times it will not print.

I’m looking for an answer as to what this percentage means and what needs to be done to keep the percentage value at a higher number.
