IBM T60 problem with keyboard after installing windows XP

Hi to All Techies out there,

Need your help regarding this weird issue with IBM T60, when we have installed this windows XP sometimes we encounter that keyboard was not responding, even though the BIOS is already updated to 2.12, we still encounter this problem hope someone could give me a better solution for this
