IBM Thinkpad 309X Error 0201

Dear Sir,

At evening i logon my Laptop IBM Modle NO. 309X after loading startup screen in which IBM is seen the computer is went to a black screen on which following error is appare.

Error 0201
Stuck Key 35

The keyboard is not working also the not went in Bios setup after pressing F1. Beep is also heard.
