IBM THINKPAD BIOS PASSWORD

I have a laptop service center in dubai and i have a laptop chip level technician. If anyone knows that can be done something on the thinkpad motherboard to remove the bios password please let me know. I can’t access the password cracking sites from the country i stay as they are blocked. Can anyone send me some data or info please?
