ibm thinkpad video driver installing problem

hello again,

I recently reformatted my laptop so obviously i need all the drivers. the specific driver is:Video driver (ATI Mobility RADEON / FIREGL PCI Express-2)for XP. eveytime i try to install it .net 2.0 starts. after the installation of .net 2.0 it prompts me to restart my computer, so i do and everytime i try to install the video driver, .net 2.0 starts. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
