IBM ThinkPad Wireless Connections

I have an IBM T30 ThinkPad I’m try connecting to an ISDN Terminal Adapter Pipeline 75. The radio is on and I’m getting time out errors. Can connect via Ethernet hardwire line. Another wireless laptop is connected with no problems. Any suggestions? Please respon via e-mail to:
