ibm zpro

I have ibm intellistation zpro, this morning i turned it on and it won’t boot all i hear is fan starting and then it just turns itself off, i tried reseting the cmos by taking out the battery and unplugging the mother board but it the problem is still there

Any help would be greatly appreciated
